ZYGO is a technology and delivery facilitation platform connecting customers with authorised pharmacy partners. Medicines are dispensed by the pharmacy in accordance with applicable laws.
Only eligible OTC medicines and healthcare products are displayed for direct ordering on our website. Availability is subject to applicable regulations and pharmacy stock.
Prescription medicines are not available for direct purchase through the website catalogue. Customers must submit a valid prescription through our designated WhatsApp/contact channel.
The prescription is forwarded to the authorised pharmacy for verification. The pharmacy will dispense and dispatch the medicine only after accepting the prescription.
The pharmacy may reject or seek clarification for prescriptions that are:
Invalid or expired;
Illegible or incomplete;
Altered or suspected to be fraudulent; or
Not legally eligible for dispensing.
